  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 large bananas, mashed 
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl or jug. 
  2. Place 8 WW silicone tart moulds onto a baking tray. Divide mixture evenly among moulds. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cakes are golden and a skewer inserted into centres comes out clean. Stand for 10 minutes before gently turning out. Serve warm.

Cook’s tip: You’ll need about 260g of mashed banana for this recipe. Try serving cakes with 99% fat-free yoghurt, dolloped over the top.
